How the service works
- Book through Stripe. Checkout collects your business name, website URL, and email address.
- Confirm the scope. We email you to verify that you own or are authorized to request a review of the domain. No credentials are needed.
- Receive a written review. After scope and authorization are confirmed, we assess public-facing settings and email you the report. Our target is 24 hours, subject to availability.
- Review next steps. Reply to schedule the optional 15-minute walkthrough.
Scope and limitations
This is a nonintrusive, point-in-time configuration review, not a penetration test, security certification, compliance audit, or guarantee that a system is safe. It does not require account access and excludes exploitation, private systems, and sensitive data.
Delivery and refunds
Delivery timing begins when authorization and scope details are received. The 24-hour turnaround is a target, not a guaranteed SLA. If we cannot accept a request, we will refund it in full. Full refunds are available before work starts; requests after work begins are reviewed individually. Contact hello@offersentry.com.
